For journalists

The company answered your questions before you asked them

Potilion is where a company keeps the things you need and normally have to chase: what they actually do in one sentence, the founding year and the funding with dates on them, a named person who can be quoted, and photos at a size the picture desk will take.

What you can do today

Follow a company. No account, no login

Every published newsroom has a follow box. Put in your address and their releases arrive by email when they publish. Confirmed opt-in, one-click unsubscribe on every message, and nobody sells your address to anyone.

Dated, not drip-fed
Announcements with a publication date and a capsule you can quote, not a teaser asking you to book a call.
A person, not press@
Every newsroom has to name someone before it can publish. That is the part we refuse to make optional.
Assets you can use
Hi-res photos and logos, downloadable without a form.

What isn't open yet

There is a wire. We are not opening it half empty

One feed of everything published across every newsroom, filtered by your beat. It is built. It stays shut until enough companies are posting to make it worth opening twice, because a wire with nothing on it wastes the one look you were ever going to give it.

Follow the companies you already cover in the meantime. When the wire opens, you will already be on it.
